Cheese in olive oil
The typical Formagella Tremosine is carefully cut into cubes of suitable size, put in glass jars with added spices and covered entirely with extra virgin olive oil from Lake Garda. Here it rests for a few days so that the taste of cheese mixes with that of spices and is further enhanced by the Garda oil scents. This product is ideal for appetizers or aperitifs full of tradition.
