 The Garda Alps ... on level ground between the mountains separating Tremosine and Trentino on one side, and Lake Garda and the Baldo mountain range on the other, surrounded by the beauty of nature, and a haven for nature lovers.
The Cooperative, operating in the heart of Brescia’s Garda South Park, mainly collects milk produced in its members’ stables and huts. The milk is then turned into local cheeses such as Formagella Tremosine and Garda, whose unique characteristics are much appreciated by gourmets. Fresh, natural yoghurt, ice-cream and ricotta are also produced.
The Garda Alps also has farms (agriturismo) where you can sample traditional local dishes and stay overnight, if you like.
